For efficient slot generation, use the “Date & time range” option to automatically create time slots with specific durations and limits.
How to set time slots & order limits by date & time range
1. Go to the “Time slot & limits” tab.
2. Select the “Date & time range” option.
Note: Use the “Hide date & timer picker” option if you don’t want customers to choose a date or time.
3. Click the “Generate Time Slots” button.
4. Set the start time, end time, and duration of each slot.
5. Add a limit per slot if needed.
6. Select the days you want to generate slots for and click the “Generate” button.
7. Optionally, set an order limit for the entire day.
Additional Notes:
- Click “Add Availability” to add an additional slot with order limit if enabled.
- To add more time slots, click “Generate Time Slots”, adjust the start and end time, choose the “Add to existing time slots” option and click the “Generate” button.
- To replace existing slots, click “Generate Time Slots”, adjust the start and end time, choose the “Replace existing time slots” option and click the “Generate” button.
- To delete all slots for a day, click the “Clear <day> Slots” button.
- To duplicate slots from one day to another, click “Copy <day> slots to”, select the days, and then click the “Copy” button.
- To use the same time slots for all days, enable the “Use same time slots for all days” option.
8. To set different slots for Store Pickup, uncheck “Same as local delivery” option. Otherwise, leave it checked.
9. Click “Next” to move to the “Prep Time & Availability” section.
