Define how much time you need to prepare orders and control how far ahead customers can book. This ensures accurate slot availability based on your working hours.
How to set preparation time and slot visibility
1. Go to the Prep Time & Availability tab.
2. Set the preparation days for your order.
3. Enter the preparation time for an order, you can set it days, hours, or minutes. Leave the preparation time blank if you offer same day delivery or pickup.
Note: If the preparation time changes for each day, please select “Enable day-wise preparation time” and enter the preparation time for each day
4. Set the cut off timing by defining the start and end time of your working days.
Note: If you’re specifying the preparation time in Hours or Minutes, it will take the working hours into consideration.
5. Under Slot visibility, set the number of days or hours to be shown in the calendar to your customers.
6. To set different slots for Store Pickup, uncheck “Same as local delivery” option. Otherwise, leave it checked.
7. Click the “Next” button to move to block out slots.
