How to show additional details field

You can allow customers to add notes or instructions on the cart page by enabling an Additional Details text field on the slot picker.

1. Go to Pickeasy “Settings” and click “Edit” on General Configurations.

2. Click the “Additional Details” tab.

3. Enable “Show Additional Details Field” to display a text box alongside the slot picker.

4. Enable “Is Additional Detail Field Mandatory” if the field is mandatory to fill.

5. Enter the maximum number of characters for this additional details field. (Optional)

6. Click the “Save” button.
