You can hide the slot picker the cart for certain products using product tags. This is useful when some products don't require date/time selection (e.g., digital items or accessories or non-physical products).
How to hide slot picker for specific products
1. Go to Pickeasy “Settings” and click “Edit” on General Configurations.
2. Click the “Hide slot picker” option.
3. Enter the tag of the product for which you want to hide the slot picker. Click the “Add” button.
4. Select a suitable condition type to hide the slot picker.
- ALL products must satisfy any of the tags: Hides the slot picker only when all the product in the cart has the tag.
- ANY products must satisfy any of the tags: Hides the slot picker even if one product the cart has the tag.
5. Enable “Enable fixed rates for product tags” if you want to charge fixed rates when the slot picker is hidden. Click the “Save” button.
To set up rates in the Pickeasy app, please enable the Carrier Calculate Shipping API on your store.
