You can personalize the email customers receive when their order details are edited, ensuring clear communication.
How to customize edit order notification email
1. Go to Pickeasy “Settings” and click “Edit” on Notifications.

2. Click “Edit” on Edit Order email.

3. Enter the subject for the notification email.

The edit order email can be enabled or disabled.
4. Use the @tags to compile the body of your custom notification email.
5. Use the formatting tools to customize the text and include links or images.
6. Enter your email address to preview the custom email. Click the “Save” button.
