Fallback zones ensure that orders are still eligible for delivery even if they don’t match any specific zip code zone. Use this to avoid missed orders due to unmatched delivery areas.
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Go to Pickeasy “Rates” section.
2. Click on “Add Local Delivery Zone” in the Local Delivery Rates section.
3. Enter the name for your local delivery zone.
4. Enable the “Mark this zone as fallback” option if you want to set this zone as a fallback when zip codes in other zones don’t match.
5. Now, you can set the delivery rates by price, weight, product, time, or days. You can also set multi-condition rates.
