If your shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order, Pickeasy allows you to configure weight-based delivery rates. This helps you charge customers accurately based on the total weight of their cart during checkout.

How to set delivery rate by weight

1. Open the Pickeasy app from your Shopify admin and navigate to the Rates section.

2. In the General section, choose the weight format used in your store (for example: kg, g, lb). Make sure the selected format matches the weight settings configured in Shopify.
