How to set delivery rate by time

Vary delivery charges based on the selected time slot or time of day.

Pickeasy allows you to configure time-based delivery pricing, which lets you charge different delivery fees depending on the delivery time selected by the customer.

For example, you can charge:

1. Open the Pickeasy app from your Shopify admin and navigate to Rates.

2. In the Local Delivery Rates section, click Add zone to create a new delivery zone.

3. Enter a name to help identify the delivery zone.

4. Optionally, enable Mark this zone as fallback if you want the zone to apply when no other delivery zones match the customer's location.

7. Under Advanced Rates, click Add Rate by Time.

8. Provide a delivery rate name that will appear during checkout.

9. Optionally, enter a description. The description will also be displayed during checkout.

10. Enter the delivery fee for the selected time slot. Set the delivery rate to 0 to offer free delivery.

11. Specify the delivery start time and end time, then click Add to save the time range.

Examples

You can create multiple delivery rates with different fees and time ranges to match your delivery schedule.

12. Click Save to apply the delivery zone and the configured time-based delivery rates.
