Combine factors like weight, time, products, delivery day, and location to create highly customized delivery rate rules.
Pickeasy allows you to configure Advanced-condition delivery rates, enabling delivery charges to be applied based on criteria such as order value, weight, delivery timing, product SKUs, and delivery location. This is useful when you need very specific delivery pricing rules for your store.
How to set delivery rate by advanced conditions
1. Open the Pickeasy app from your Shopify admin and navigate to the Rates section.
2. In the Local Delivery Rates section, click Add zone.
3. Scroll to the Advanced Condition Rates section and click Add Advanced Condition Rates.
4. Enter a delivery rate name that will appear on the checkout page. You can also add an optional description to provide additional information to customers.
5. Then, enter the delivery rate. Set the delivery rate to 0 if you want to offer free delivery.
6. Under the Cart section, define the conditions based on the order value or order weight to control when this delivery rate should apply.
- Enter the minimum and maximum order value.
- Enter the minimum and maximum order weight.
7. Under the Delivery Speed section, choose the applicable option:
- Same Day Delivery applies the rate when the customer selects same-day delivery.
- Custom allows you to define a specific delivery day range.
8. Under Delivery Time, set the delivery start time and delivery end time. This allows you to apply different delivery rates for specific time slots.
9. Under Delivery Dates, you can choose either a specific delivery date or define a range of delivery dates. This is useful for configuring seasonal pricing or special delivery charges during holidays.
10. Under Days of the Week, select the days on which this delivery rate should apply. This allows you to set different delivery pricing for weekdays and weekends.
- Example:
- Monday–Thursday → Standard rate
- Friday–Sunday → Higher delivery charge
11. In the Product section, choose how product conditions should be evaluated.
- ANY product must satisfy this condition – the delivery rate applies if at least one product in the cart contains the specified SKU.
- ALL products must satisfy this condition – the delivery rate applies only if every product in the cart contains the specified SKU.
Enter the required product SKU codes and click Add to include them.
12. Under the Location section, select the location or locations where this delivery rate should apply, then click Add.
13. Click Save to apply the multi-condition delivery rate.
You can repeat these steps to create additional multi-condition delivery rates with different combinations of conditions. This allows you to build advanced delivery pricing logic tailored to your store’s needs.
