Filters help you quickly find and manage orders based on specific criteria like fulfillment type, date, location, and status.
How to use filter option on the Orders dashboard
1. Go to the Pickeasy “Orders” page.
2. You can filter the orders based on fulfillment type.
Here are the options:
- All: Shows all order with all three fulfillment types
- Store Pickup: Filters and shows store pickup orders
- Local Delivery: Filters and shows local delivery orders
- Standard Shipping: Filters and shows standard shipping orders
3. To get additional filter options, click on the “search” icon. Click “Add Filter” to add additional filters.
Now, you will have the following filter types:
- Due Date: Today, Tomorrow, Not Set, Custom Date Range
- Order Type: Store Pickup, Local Delivery, Standard Shipping
- Order Location: Displays all locations added to Pickeasy
- Fulfillment Status: Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, Partially Fulfillled
- Order Status: Ready for Pickup, Out for Delivery, Fulfill, Close
Custom Date Range allows you to filter and show orders between two dates.
4. You can use multiple filter types to filter your orders.
5. Click “Clear” in each filter type to remove the filter or click “Clear All” to remove all filters at once.
