You can send order status notifications to your customers on the Pickeasy dashboard without using Shopify’s native fulfillment settings.
How to enable order status notification from Pickeasy dashboard
1. On the “Orders” dashboard, click “Customize Actions”.
2. Enable these options based on your needs.
- Enable Ready Action: Enable this option to send “out for delivery” and “ready for pickup” emails to your customers.
- Enable Fulfill Action: Enable this option to automatically fulfill orders in the Shopify Orders page.
If you enable the “Enable Ready Action” the default notification email template will be sent. However, you can customize the template in the Pickeasy Settings → Notifications section.
