You can change the order status of your orders from the Pickeasy dashboard.
How to change order status from Pickeasy dashboard
1. Go to the Pickeasy “Orders” page.
2. Here you can change order status using two different methods:
- Method 1: Select the orders with the same status and click the “Mark as Ready for Pickup” or “Mark as Out for Delivery” button in the orders dashboard.
- Method 2: Click Edit details of an order, and click the “Mark as Ready for Pickup” or “Mark as Out for Delivery” button.
If the fulfillment type is “Store Pickup”, then the ready for pickup email will be sent to your customer. For “Local Delivery”, an out for delivery email will be sent.
3. Once the order is picked or delivered, click “Mark as Fulfilled” to close the order.
