How to change order due date & time

You can easily update the scheduled pickup or delivery date and time for any order within the Pickeasy dashboard.

1. Go to the Pickeasy “Orders” page.

2. Click the due date on the order you want to change.

3. Change the date and time and click the “Update” button.

Note: To change the time slot for an order, please make sure to select “Date & Time range” option under the Slot type
